Return and Refund Policy
This policy applies to paid coaching and support service bookings.
Cancellations and rebooking
Requests made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session can be rebooked without penalty. Late cancellations may be treated as a completed session.
Refund review
Refund requests are assessed fairly where services were not supplied as agreed. Any approved refund amount may reflect services already delivered.
Processing timeframe
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method, subject to payment provider processing times.
Consumer rights in New Zealand
Nothing in this policy limits rights that may apply under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, where relevant.
Records and security
Payment and service records are maintained for legal and accounting purposes and protected with reasonable technical and administrative safeguards.
